Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including all items that were in the original package and be packaged in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrect item delivered
We do our best to ensure the product information, availability, purchase price and associated delivery times and fees are accurately reflected on our site.
However, should we accidentally deliver a different or incomplete product, notify us via email: accounts@coolautoparts.co.za to initiate a return and refund process.
Goods returned in boxes / packaging that have been re-marked, damaged or
defaced in any way, including price stickers AND/OR courier labels etc, WILL NOT be accepted for credit and will be returned to the customer.
Incorrect delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receiving item/s

Please ensure that the diagrams and dimensions of products on our website have been cross checked by you or your technician to match your vehicle. We will not be liable to swop or refund items which does not match the replacement part

Return of Goods correctly supplied

  • No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase.
  • Courier charges ARE NOT refundable either to or from the customer or both.
  • All Goods must be returned within 7 working days from the day of receipt.
  • 20% handling fee will be charged on returned goods, or cancelled orders
  • item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • Items that have been fitted, used or sprayed will not be accepted for returns

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We reserve the right to withhold a refund until the returned part has been examined and tested.
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Warranty
A 12 month manufacturing warranty from date of purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGES OR RESULTING DAMAGES RELATING TO THE USE OF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS. WE RECOMMEND THE INSTALLATION OF OUR PRODUCTS BE DONE BY AN AUTHORISED QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN.
